Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GDPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R78P, CDKN2AIPNLP3, and RNA5SP88. Each is linked with GDPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R78P grouped by GDPD2-low versus GDPD2-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
