GDF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,557 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRDC, AGO1, and PLAC9. Each is linked with GDF7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF7-to-partner and partner-to-GDF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDF7 versus NRDC in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
