GDF7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUBN, CACNG1, and PECR. Each is linked with GDF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF7-to-partner and partner-to-GDF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDF7 versus CUBN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
