GDF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF5, HINT1, and MTHFD2. Each is linked with GDF10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF10-to-partner and partner-to-GDF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF5 grouped by GDF10-low versus GDF10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
