GDE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 533 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD10, PGAP2, and FADS1. Each is linked with GDE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDE1-to-partner and partner-to-GDE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTBD10 grouped by GDE1-low versus GDE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
