GDE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PD, Caspase-8, and Notch1. Each is linked with GDE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDE1-to-partner and partner-to-GDE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PD grouped by GDE1-low versus GDE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
