Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,108 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, Autophagy, and Autophagy of mitochondrion. Each is linked with GDE1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDE1-to-partner and partner-to-GDE1 results are reported.
