GDAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,723 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DENND2D, FMO5, and TNFAIP8L1. Each is linked with GDAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GDAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
