GDAP1L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDAP1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,289 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDAP1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SNRPD3, and GGT1. Each is linked with GDAP1L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDAP1L1-to-partner and partner-to-GDAP1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDAP1L1 versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDAP1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDAP1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
