GDAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, APOA5, and MIR1343. Each is linked with GDAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GDAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by GDAP1-low versus GDAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
