GCSAML

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSAML protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 853 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSAML-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3L, POLR2F, and CHKB. Each is linked with GCSAML in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSAML-to-partner and partner-to-GCSAML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCSAML versus EIF3L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSAML→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSAML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
