GCSAML

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSAML mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,316 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSAML-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, GLA, and GMDS. Each is linked with GCSAML in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSAML-to-partner and partner-to-GCSAML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JOSD1 grouped by GCSAML-low versus GCSAML-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSAML→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSAML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
