Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCSAML RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,899 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSAML-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein stabilization, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with GCSAML in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSAML-to-partner and partner-to-GCSAML results are reported.
