GCSAML

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCSAML mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSAML-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, SSMEM1, and NPY2R. Each is linked with GCSAML in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSAML-to-partner and partner-to-GCSAML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by GCSAML-low versus GCSAML-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSAML→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSAML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
