GCSAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,215 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT6, DTX3L_S539, and RAB27B. Each is linked with GCSAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSAM-to-partner and partner-to-GCSAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCSAM versus STAT6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
