GCNT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCNT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 986 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCNT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD6-19, TRIM53CP, and IGKV1OR2-118. Each is linked with GCNT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCNT7-to-partner and partner-to-GCNT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD6-19 grouped by GCNT7-low versus GCNT7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCNT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCNT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
