Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GCNT1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GCNT1P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher GCNT1P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GCNT1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LUAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, MESO, and LGG are the cancer types where GCNT1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
