GCM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,660 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC117_S53, RPL28, and SYNPO2_S243. Each is linked with GCM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCM2-to-partner and partner-to-GCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCM2 versus CCDC117_S53 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
