GCM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1286P, MIR874, and RNU6-200P. Each is linked with GCM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCM2-to-partner and partner-to-GCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1286P grouped by GCM2-low versus GCM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
