GCLM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCLM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCLM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA36C, RNU6-370P, and LINC00350. Each is linked with GCLM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCLM-to-partner and partner-to-GCLM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA36C grouped by GCLM-low versus GCLM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCLM→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCLM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
