GCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,190 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEN1, RSPO4, and WFDC2. Each is linked with GCK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCK-to-partner and partner-to-GCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FEN1 grouped by GCK-low versus GCK-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
