Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,601 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-4P, HSPD1P12, and RNU6-1113P. Each is linked with GCH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCH1-to-partner and partner-to-GCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-4P grouped by GCH1-low versus GCH1-high in BRCA.
