GCDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 991 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ22, LMF2, and SLC25A1. Each is linked with GCDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCDH-to-partner and partner-to-GCDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ22 grouped by GCDH-low versus GCDH-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
