GCC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 344 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE10, DEFB126, and OR52A5. Each is linked with GCC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCC2-to-partner and partner-to-GCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE10 grouped by GCC2-low versus GCC2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
