GCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 531 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCAT, TNRC6B, and POLR3H. Each is linked with GCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCC1-to-partner and partner-to-GCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCAT grouped by GCC1-low versus GCC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
