GCAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,446 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPRT1P3, MIR6779, and EEF1A1P39. Each is linked with GCAT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCAT-to-partner and partner-to-GCAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPRT1P3 grouped by GCAT-low versus GCAT-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
