GBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,786 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAP1, TAP2, and TRIM21. Each is linked with GBP4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP4-to-partner and partner-to-GBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GBP4 versus TAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
