GBP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3H, ETV7, and GRAP2. Each is linked with GBP4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP4-to-partner and partner-to-GBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GBP4 versus APOBEC3H in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
