GBP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,480 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP463, RNU6-753P, and SELENOOLP. Each is linked with GBP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP4-to-partner and partner-to-GBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP463 grouped by GBP4-low versus GBP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
