Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,070 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell homeostasis, CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, and Negative regulation of regulatory T cell differentiation. Each is linked with GBP4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP4-to-partner and partner-to-GBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell homeostasis grouped by GBP4-low versus GBP4-high in URINARY_TRACT.
