GBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1F10, FEZF2, and LAIR2. Each is linked with GBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP3-to-partner and partner-to-GBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL1F10 grouped by GBP3-low versus GBP3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
