Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6B1P6, HNRNPCP1, and RNY4P14. Each is linked with GBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP2-to-partner and partner-to-GBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6B1P6 grouped by GBP2-low versus GBP2-high in SKCM.
