Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GBE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP9, PRSS58, and AVP. Each is linked with GBE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBE1-to-partner and partner-to-GBE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP9 grouped by GBE1-low versus GBE1-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
