Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATD3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,417 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATD3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, tRNA thio-modification, and Tail-anchored membrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with GATD3B in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATD3B-to-partner and partner-to-GATD3B results are reported.
