Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GATD3B RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GATD3B data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher GATD3B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GATD3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and KIRP show a favorable association.
UVM, STAD, and CESC are the cancer types where GATD3B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
