GATD3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATD3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,685 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATD3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PWP2, SEC16A_S559, and NASP_S428. Each is linked with GATD3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATD3A-to-partner and partner-to-GATD3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GATD3A versus PWP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATD3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATD3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
