Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATD3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,052 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATD3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal small subunit assembly, Actin filament-based transport, and tRNA thio-modification. Each is linked with GATD3A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATD3A-to-partner and partner-to-GATD3A results are reported.
