GATB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1131P, RNA5SP76, and RNA5SP367. Each is linked with GATB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATB-to-partner and partner-to-GATB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1131P grouped by GATB-low versus GATB-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
