Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GATAD2A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GATAD2A data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GATAD2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GATAD2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC and STAD are the cancer types where GATAD2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
