GATAD2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATAD2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,921 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATAD2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPF1, ARMC6, and SGTA. Each is linked with GATAD2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATAD2A-to-partner and partner-to-GATAD2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GATAD2A versus UPF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATAD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATAD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
