GATAD2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATAD2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATAD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNB2, HAUS8, and ASF1B. Each is linked with GATAD2A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATAD2A-to-partner and partner-to-GATAD2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GATAD2A versus LMNB2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATAD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATAD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
