GATA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 255 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC30P, RPL32P19, and TMEM269. Each is linked with GATA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA5-to-partner and partner-to-GATA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC30P grouped by GATA5-low versus GATA5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
