GATA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GATA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGLYRP4, FOXI2, and BPIFA2. Each is linked with GATA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA5-to-partner and partner-to-GATA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGLYRP4 grouped by GATA5-low versus GATA5-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
