GATA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,040 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN7C, SRFBP1, and RMND1. Each is linked with GATA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA4-to-partner and partner-to-GATA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIN7C grouped by GATA4-low versus GATA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
