GATA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GATA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T8, TAS2R41, and KRTAP21-1. Each is linked with GATA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA4-to-partner and partner-to-GATA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T8 grouped by GATA4-low versus GATA4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
