GATA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-109P, MIR887, and MRPL42P4. Each is linked with GATA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA3-to-partner and partner-to-GATA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-109P grouped by GATA3-low versus GATA3-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
