GATA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GATA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, OR10H2, and SPDYE4. Each is linked with GATA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA3-to-partner and partner-to-GATA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by GATA3-low versus GATA3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
