GATA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,104 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4437, CHEK2P5, and GHRLOS. Each is linked with GATA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA2-to-partner and partner-to-GATA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4437 grouped by GATA2-low versus GATA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
