GAST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAST-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7155, OR4K15, and MIR6747. Each is linked with GAST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAST-to-partner and partner-to-GAST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAST→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
