GAS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-992P, RPL39P26, and RN7SL478P. Each is linked with GAS6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS6-to-partner and partner-to-GAS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-992P grouped by GAS6-low versus GAS6-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
